How is it done?

It is simple! 🙂 Contact us (in person, by the phone, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp – anyway you like), describe what you need, what are your wishes and expectations about the product. Have your own design? Send it to us. Have a vision of the item? Describe it, draw it, tell us about it – present it an a way that you like. You would wish us to create something especially for you? Let us know, what you like and we will prepare a project that we will show you and discus with you and when you will be satisfied with it we will realize it.

How long does it take?

The time that will be needed depends on many factors:

• complexity of the project
• availability of the materials needed (for example, if we do not have on stock a stone, that you wish for, we will import it, but the delivery time depends on the grindery)
• amount of time needed to make the item (fox example, time that paint or varnish needs to dry or the resin to solidify)
• chosen way of delivery.

Because of these factors the time is determined individually. Of course, we will do our best to avoid any delays and realize your order as soon as possible. 🙂

How much does it cost?

The price of the product is determined individually as it depends on various factors:

• the type and amount of materials needed to make the item
• time needed to make the item
• complexity of the project.

We can preliminary estimate the price while designing the product.

How can be the order made even more exceptional?

If the item ordered by you is intended for a gift for someone, you can order packing it as a gift and sending to chosen address. We can also attach a wish card to it.
